Returns and exchanges

Due to the nature of our products many of which are perishable, we follow these guidelines:

 

Returns

 

  • We do not accept returns on beverage, or opened products due to health and safety regulations.

  • If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

Refunds or Replacements

 

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your order is incorrect, missing items, or damaged during delivery.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence (if applicable).

Once approved, we will:

  • Refund your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days, or

  • Arrange for a corrected delivery at no additional cost.
