Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

United States (Domestic Shipping):

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Starting at $8.99
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Starting at $15.99

International Shipping:

  • Mexico: 7-14 business days, starting at $18.99
  • Other countries: 10-21 business days, rates vary by destination

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $75 USD or more within the United States.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States, Mexico, and select international countries. Some remote areas may have limited shipping options.

As our products are liquid-based, they may be subject to additional shipping restrictions or delays in certain regions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 48 hours at micheladasmrchoco@gmail.com.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at micheladasmrchoco@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Customs and Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.
